Information processed
Hosted calculation tools receive only the fields supplied for that call: cost amounts, currency codes and rates, number of nights, contingency and reserves; dates, time-zone names, work windows and role labels; or work-readiness statuses. Role labels such as “Traveler” and “Team” should be used instead of personal names. Do not include identity documents, precise addresses, account credentials, medical records, payment-card details, or employer/client secrets.
When you visit these pages or call the service, hosting provider Cloudflare necessarily processes connection and request metadata, which may include IP address, user agent, request path, and timing, to deliver and secure the service. If you email support, your email provider and our mailbox provider process your address and message.
Purposes and recipients
Tool inputs are used to validate and calculate the requested result. Results return through the requesting MCP client, including ChatGPT or Codex when used there. Cloudflare hosts the endpoint; the host/client and email providers process information under their own policies. Roamdesk does not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies on these pages.
Retention
The application does not create a trip database or account profile. Tool inputs and results are processed in request memory and are not intentionally saved by Roamdesk after the request completes. Application code does not log tool payloads, results, email addresses, or participant labels. Operational error/status logs and traces may be retained by Cloudflare for up to seven days under the hosting plan; request query strings are redacted. Cloudflare may retain separate security/infrastructure records under its own policies. ChatGPT/Codex chat history and client retention are controlled by that provider and your settings.
Support correspondence is retained while a request is open and for up to 90 days after closure, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for an active dispute. Contact us to request earlier deletion where applicable. Do not use support email as long-term document storage.
Your choices
Use fictional cost examples and generic role labels where possible. Decline hosted tool calls or uninstall/disconnect the plugin in your host. Contact support for applicable access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. We cannot delete host chat history or Cloudflare security records on your behalf; use the relevant provider’s controls. No tool account exists to delete.
Children, transfers and changes
Roamdesk is not directed to children under 13. Providers may process information in multiple countries. We will update this page when the service’s practices materially change and identify the effective date.
